Location: Warner Robins, GA 31088
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

About the Opportunity

Women's Healthcare of Georgia is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide operational support to our leadership team and physicians. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys coordinating projects, managing priorities, and helping a busy multi-provider medical practice operate efficiently.

This is NOT primarily a patient-facing or receptionist position. Instead, this role serves as a key business operations partner, working closely with practice leadership on reporting, scheduling, credentialing, vendor coordination, inventory management, and administrative projects.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping complex operations organized, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll support the daily operations of the practice by:

  • Supporting physicians, partners, and the leadership team with day-to-day operations and special projects
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinating provider and staff schedules
  • Managing calendars and helping leadership stay organized and on schedule
  • Organizing meetings, agendas, and company events
  • Coordinating with vendors regarding supplies, invoices, and service requests
  • Assisting Accounts Payable by researching invoice discrepancies
  • Ordering office and medical supplies while maintaining inventory levels
  • Tracking projects and following up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assisting with physician hospital and insurance payer credentialing
  • Supporting operational process improvements across the practice
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience supporting physicians, executives, or leadership teams
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with exceptional follow-through
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:

  • Physician practice or healthcare administration
  • Hospital and insurance payer credentialing (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, or PHO credentialing)
  • Medical practice operations
  • Reporting, data tracking, and advanced spreadsheet management
  • Calendar and meeting coordination for leadership teams
  • Vendor management and purchasing
  • Inventory management
  • Accounts payable support or invoice reconciliation

Who Will Be Successful

The ideal candidate:

  • Anticipates needs before being asked
  • Enjoys creating organization and improving processes
  • Is proactive rather than reactive
  • Can manage multiple priorities without constant direction
  • Takes ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Enjoys supporting leaders so they can focus on strategic priorities
  • Is comfortable working behind the scenes to keep a busy medical practice running efficiently

Why Join Women's Healthcare of Georgia?

You'll become an integral member of a collaborative leadership team where your organizational skills and operational expertise will make a direct impact on the success of the practice. Every day brings new opportunities to solve problems, improve processes, and support a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

If you're looking for a role that goes beyond traditional administrative work and allows you to contribute to the business operations of a growing medical practice, we'd love to meet you.
