Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to deliver comprehensive care across both clinic and hospital settings. This role offers a balanced schedule with a four-day workweek, post-call recovery time, and shared call responsibilities within a team-oriented practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman services
• Deliver care in both outpatient and hospital environments
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff during labor and delivery
• Participate in a shared call schedule (approximately 4–6 shifts per month)
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients and families

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification
• Active or eligible state licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to a collaborative, patient-focused approach
